PhoneCaption Now Available for BlackBerry

We at PhoneCaption aim to meet the evolving needs of our users. We understand that there may be times when you are not in front of your PC to see call captions. Now, PhoneCaption for BlackBerry allows you to receive captions while you are on the go and talking on your cellular device.

To download the PhoneCaption for BlackBerry application, visit m.phonecaption.com from your BlackBerry browser. After downloading completes, run the application from your BlackBerry’s download folder. Then, you will be prompted to enter your User ID (this is the number you registered with; your home number, cell number or work number) and the numerical password you chose during Sign Up. Once you enter the correct information, a captioning window will open and you will be ready to receive text captions for your call.

Please be aware that not all carriers’ data coverage support both voice and data at the same time. Depending on your carrier, you may be able to make the call and see the captions at the same time. If your carrier does not support this, we recommend that you use another phone to make the call so that you can viewthe captions on your BlackBerry.
